What if I need to cancel my Healing Haven appointment?
Refunds available for cancellations more than 24 hours prior to Healing Haven appointment time (less booking platform fee)s. No refunds are available for cancellation within 24 hours of appointment time.
Can I book more than one online session or retreat with the offer?
Yes! For all attendees of Seven Sisters Festival 2024, our offer is valid for use until 31 August 2025. You can book multiple appointments until 31 August 2025 using the code provided on the booking page.
How do I access the online sessions once I book in?
When we receive your booking, an email confirmation is sent along with a calendar invitation containing an online video call link to join at selected appointment time. Please keep an eye on your spam/junk folders!
