Any costs on the trip to or from Wybalena Organic Farm.
Laundry, phone calls and any meals bought away from retreat venue.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $1000 AUD deposit.
Cancellations made between February 12th, 2025 and April 11th, 2025 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made after April 11th, 2025 before the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. (If we do so, you will be refunded in full.)
Trip cancellation insurance is RECOMMENDED for this journey. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.

Gumnut Cabin 4 features one bedroom with one king bed. It has a built in wardrobe, bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining table and deck to enjoy the country views. Plus reverse cycle air conditioning in the living space and ceiling fan in the bedroom. This one of a kind premium retreat accommodation can be set as two king single beds for double occupancy should two guests choose to share this secluded one bed room cabin.

Cabins 1, 2 & 3 have an identical layout with two bedrooms both offered as single occupancy with built in wardrobes, a shared modern bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining table and deck to enjoy the country views.
With reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living spaces and pedestal fans in the bedrooms. The perfect accommodation for those wanting share with a friend, utilise the kitchen for any dietary requirements or enjoy more privacy further away from The Main House activities.

Located in a separate building just a short walk from the Main House, the Garden Rooms are perfect for guests wanting a self-contained private space.
Four identical bedrooms of single occupancy are surrounded by lush tropical gardens each with own entrance, double bed, farmhouse style ensuite, plus reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fan for comfort.
Includes a shared deck to enjoy the sunshine and fresh country air and also offers easy access to the magnesium salt pool.

DELUXE KING ENSUITE
Two Deluxe King Bed Rooms single occupancy with Ensuite accommodations are offered within the farmhouse. Large glass windows showcase the beautiful countryside and outdoor firepit.
The farmhouse has a wrap-around covered verandah with modern country style aesthetic and cosy ambience; featuring a cosy loungeroom with an open fireplace and bean bag area to relax, plus reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans for comfort.

Thank you so much Amy…for an amazing long weekend retreat. When I went back to work on Tuesday people looked and me and said, "You look different."
I am sure it was the tension on my face that had disappeared from the pampering I received. I loved everything about the retreat. The venue was stunning and located an easy hour's drive from home (in the northern suburbs). The studio was perfect (warm with views) and the variety of classes were at sensible times of the day. The fresh organic veg food prepared…was delicious…you knew you were in for an epicurean treat at every meal.
The Ayurvedic facial, the hot stone massage, the open fires, the beautiful views from the house, strolling in the garden, taking an easy walk to the shops and blending essential oils make it sound like we were busy, but there was time for a chat, or a nap, to read a book or magazine, or just daydream.
I know I will need to book in early next time, because you can't keep something this good a secret for long.
